The University of Manchester offers numerous activities, events and resources to help aid your wellbeing, and ResLife encourages you to engage with these for a fun and healthy break from your studies.

These Wellbeing pages are designed to give you lots of useful information on the different support services and resources available in the University (and outside of it) to help you have a healthy lifestyle in Manchester. The student support site also offers comprehensive guidance and resources on most issues you may be facing.
