Having a healthy lifestyle at uni will make for a happier and more successful experience. That means taking care of your body both physically and mentally. There are a variety of ways to do this from getting involved in sports teams to finding your inner zen through meditation and eating healthy.

In this section you'll find lots of helpful information on how you can keep active and healthy throughout your studies and make the most of your experience at UoM.

It is important that if for any reason you're having problems with your studies, mental health, finances or at home, you contact the right staff so they can get you the help you need.
